The most powerful factions are a part of this group we keep peace and blow the crap out of terrorists or people who harbor them. If you need help and no one else will help you we are the ones for you. successfully capturing dozens of enemy bases and bombing them no bad guys are safe. p.s. this is probably total crap as we blow up just about every other faction we find...
